Shipping

Most orders ship within 2 business days from our location in Olympia, WA. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Orders place on holidays or weekend will be processed the next business day. We will notify you via email if an item is out of stock. Items cannot be placed on backorder. Orders shipped via Standard shipping should be expected to arrive within 7-10 business days. Bri Seeley offers shipping to the continental United States.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Orders outside of Washington state are not subject to sales tax. Orders shipped to Washington state are taxable, including shipping, at a rate of 9.5%.

Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which renders information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. Returns

Refunds for items returned within 90 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 90 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the original condition. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. If products show signs of wear or are damaged, there will be a fee will be charged. Return shipping is absolutely FREE. You will be provided with a pre-paid domestic label to return the purchase. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
